Records are incomplete or duplicated.
Contacts get typed in by hand, details live in email threads, and the same company shows up three times.
I automate ClickUp, your CRM and the tools around them, so records stay complete, deal stages move when something actually happens, and every handoff becomes a task with an owner. I start from your current setup and only suggest changes for a good reason.
Free 30-minute Automation Growth Audit. Bring one task. No prep needed.

Stages change when someone remembers to update them, so the pipeline report is a guess.
A deal closes in the CRM and someone retypes it all into ClickUp before the work can start.
A rule stopped firing after a field changed or a plan limit was hit, and the gap showed up weeks later.
Small sales and service teams on ClickUp, another CRM, or both, often with a few automations that grew without a plan.
Not a fit yet: if you’re choosing a CRM for the first time, start with a short conversation about which tool fits. We can cover that on the free call.
I map each automation to your pipeline, fields and owners before building anything. These are common examples.
When a prospect books a call, the contact and deal are created or updated, the stage moves, and the owner gets a prep task with the booking answers attached. A version of this runs my own bookings.
Cal.com, ClickUp or your CRM
When a deal is won, a ClickUp project is created from a template, with the client details, scope notes and due dates filled in.
Your CRM, ClickUp, n8n, Make or Zapier
Records move between stages on real events, like a reply, a signed proposal or a payment, instead of manual updates.
Built-in CRM rules or n8n, Make or Zapier
Duplicate checks, required fields, consistent formatting and owner assignment, so new records arrive clean.
ClickUp, your CRM, Google Sheets
Tasks and alerts when a deal sits too long in one stage, a follow-up is overdue, or a renewal date is coming up.
CRM tasks, team chat, email
I trace why an automation stopped firing (a renamed field, a permission, a trigger condition or a plan limit), fix it, and add an alert.
Native automations, logs, integration history
My lead routing demo shows the kind of rule a CRM automation runs: a request type and priority go in, and an owner queue and next action come out. It runs in your browser.
ClickUp and most CRMs have built-in automations. When they can do the job, they’re usually the simplest choice: fewer moving parts and one bill. What you get depends on your plan, and built-in automations can have usage limits.
When a workflow spans several tools, needs logic the CRM can’t handle, or would need a plan upgrade just for automation, an outside tool like n8n, Make or Zapier, connected through the CRM’s API, is often the better fit. I recommend one approach per workflow and explain why, including any extra subscription cost.
Usually for boring reasons: a status or custom field was renamed, the person who set it up lost access, a trigger no longer matches how the team works, or the workspace hit its automation limit for the period. A proper fix includes an alert, so the next failure gets noticed quickly instead of weeks later.
We walk through your pipeline and where data gets retyped or stages go stale.
We agree fields, stages, owners, triggers, and how we’ll measure the improvement.
I build with test records first, including edge cases and permission checks.
I switch it on in stages and explain every rule to your team.
I work in your existing CRM or ClickUp workspace with only the access the job needs, and I explain every rule I add, so your team knows what runs and why.
Wherever I can, I build in accounts your business owns, so the workflows, logins and data stay yours.
Not necessarily. Built-in automations depend on your plan. Where they aren’t available, an outside tool connected through your CRM’s API can often do the job. I compare the options, including any extra subscription cost, before you decide.
Only for a reason you agree with. Most projects start with your current stages and fields. I suggest changes where they cut manual work or make reports more reliable.
Only what the job needs, ideally a separate user or role that you control and can remove at any time. We agree access, data handling and logins during scoping.
Most CRMs with a usable API can be connected, and I use ClickUp in my own business. Tell me which one you use on the free call and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a good fit.
