Good questions

Clear scope.
Fewer surprises.

Practical details, before you commit.

Can you work with our current software?

We check the available integrations, APIs, permissions, and plan limits. If a tool cannot connect reliably, we explain the options before proposing a solution.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Usually, the starting point is the software you already use. We discuss a replacement only if a clear limitation makes it relevant to the agreed workflow.

How are projects priced?

Pricing follows the scope: the number of steps, integrations, access requirements, complexity, and testing. Software subscriptions and usage fees may be separate; these should be identified before approval.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on access, dependencies, complexity, testing, and your team’s availability for review. We propose milestones once the workflow and responsibilities are clear.

How are access and sensitive information handled?

During scoping, we agree what data the workflow uses, who can access it, where it is processed, and how credentials are managed. Account ownership, retention, and any security requirements should be explicit before implementation.

What if a workflow fails or a tool changes?

Exception handling, alerts, recovery steps, documentation, and ownership belong in the scope. We also agree who maintains the workflow and what any ongoing support includes; support terms are not assumed.
