Who we are

TaskMint Labs is an AI automation agency founded by Fahad Zaid. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean TaskMint Labs, and “the site” means taskmintlabs.com. If you have a question about this policy, email fahad@taskmintlabs.com.

The short version

• The site doesn’t use analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools, and it doesn’t set cookies.
• The only thing the site saves in your browser is a note that you closed the mobile booking bar, and it clears when you close the tab.
• The site has no contact or signup forms.
• The demo tools and the automation picker run in your browser. What you type or choose isn’t sent to us or saved.
• Bookings are handled by Cal.com, under its own privacy policy.
• If you email us, we use your message to reply. We don’t sell personal information.

Information the site collects

The site doesn’t use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking tools, and it doesn’t set cookies. It has no contact or signup forms. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from the site itself rather than from third-party content networks.

If you close the “Book a free 30-minute call” bar that appears at the bottom of the screen on phones, the site remembers that choice using your browser’s session storage so the bar stays closed as you move between pages. This note is kept only in that browser tab, is never sent to us, and is deleted when you close the tab.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like most hosting providers, Netlify processes technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request, to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse. Netlify handles this information under its own privacy policy.

The demo tools and automation picker

The lead routing desk, document record builder, and time-value planner on our Work page, and the automation picker on our audit page, run entirely in your browser. What you type or choose isn’t sent to us or anyone else, and the site doesn’t save it. If you download a record, the file is created on your device. The “Copy” buttons place text on your device’s clipboard and nothing else.

Booking a call

The “Book a free 30-minute call” buttons link to our booking page on Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and answers to any booking questions, and shares them with us so we can hold the call. Cal.com processes this information under its own privacy policy. We use your booking details to prepare for the call, hold it, and follow up about it.

If you arrive at the site from a link that contains campaign tags (such as utm_source), the site adds the same tags to the booking link, and keeps them on links between pages of the site, so we can see which link led to a booking. This happens in your browser; the site itself doesn’t store the tags.

Email and social media

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. Our links to LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. The site doesn’t embed their content or load their scripts.

How we use and share information

We use the information described above only to run the site, reply to you, and arrange and hold conversations you’ve asked for. The service providers mentioned in this policy (Netlify, Cal.com, and our email provider) process information on our behalf or under their own policies. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it with others for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Client projects

This policy covers the website. If you become a client, how we handle data in your systems and workflows is agreed separately as part of the project scope.

How long we keep information

We keep emails and booking details only as long as we need them for the purposes above and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing fahad@taskmintlabs.com. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we’ll respond to requests in line with the law that applies.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, such as limiting who can access it. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change the site in a way that affects your information, for example by adding analytics or a contact form, we’ll update this policy and the date at the top of this page.
